He is recognized by industry peers to be knowledgeable and well informed in all sales, marketing, and production processes, various types of plastic and paperboard converting equipment, and technically proficient in Leadership Training and Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies. He managed multiple facilities in operations, managed regional business units as General Manager, and successfully directed a privately held company as its President. His career includes tenures with Tenneco, Caraustar, North America Packaging Corporation, Core Systems LLC, and CardPak.
